1. WHAT THIS PAGE IS
Streamtime uses a small number of third-party providers to run the Software and deliver the AI Features. This page lists them, what they do, and where they process data. It is the list referred to in clause 14A.3.1 of the Streamtime Licence Agreement.
We keep it current. If we add or change a provider in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will update this page and notify customers in accordance with clause 10 of the Licence Agreement.
2. INFRASTRUCTURE AND HOSTING
Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, and the AI Features via AWS Bedrock.
We contract with Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd, Level 37, 2-26 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000, under the AWS Customer Agreement.
All of our production systems are located in the United States. The application and the database in which your Streamtime account is held run in the AWS US West (Oregon) region. AI requests are processed in the United States; the particular United States region used for an individual request is selected by Amazon Web Services at the time of the request and may be any of its United States regions. Processing does not leave the United States.
Conversations with the AI assistant are stored in the US West (Oregon) region, encrypted at rest, and deleted after 30 days.
The same arrangement applies to every customer. We do not route customers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand to processing in their own region.
PolarSeven — manages our Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and supports the development of the AI Features, under confidentiality obligations. PolarSeven works within the same Amazon Web Services environment described above, in the United States.
3. OTHER PROVIDERS
- Stripe — payment processing. United States.
- Intercom — in-product support, help centre, and handling of privacy complaints. United States.
- Google Workspace — our business email. This includes the inbox that receives privacy complaints submitted through our website, and the acknowledgement we send in reply, so the contents of a privacy complaint pass through and are stored in Google Workspace. United States.
- Vitally — our customer success platform, which holds account and contact information so that we can support and manage our relationship with you. European Union.
- FullStory — product analytics. Processing and storage in Google Cloud Platform data centres in the United States.
- Google Ads — website remarketing. United States.
- Langfuse — monitoring and diagnostics for the AI Features. United States. Not currently in use; listed so that it can be introduced without a gap in this register, and we will update the date above if that changes.
4. CALL RECORDING AND MEETING NOTES
We use Fathom and Granola to record and transcribe meetings and calls, and to produce notes from them. We use this for our own note-taking, for internal feedback and for training. Both process and store recordings and transcripts in the United States.
This applies to calls with customers as well as to our internal meetings. Where a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start, and if you would rather it was not recorded, say so and we will turn it off. You can ask us for a copy of a recording of a call you took part in, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
5. STREAMTIME CLASSIC
Streamtime Classic runs on the FileMaker platform. We do not process Classic customer data with Claris, the FileMaker vendor. Classic data sits either on a server the customer manages themselves, or with a hosting provider. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy names the hosting providers used for Classic customers who have asked us to arrange hosting.
6. AI FEATURES AND MODEL PROVIDERS
Anthropic — supplies the Claude models used by our AI assistant. Processing in the United States. Anthropic is contractually prohibited from training its models on your information.
The AI Features use foundational models accessed through AWS Bedrock, within Streamtime's own cloud environment. Your data is not sent to model providers for the purpose of training their models, and Amazon Web Services does not store the content of our AI requests or the responses to them.
We use a monitoring service to record how AI requests are handled, so that we can investigate faults and improve reliability. It processes that information in the United States, on our instructions, and does not use it for any other purpose.
If you connect an AI assistant of your own — through the Streamtime MCP server, using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or any other MCP client — that assistant is your provider, not ours. Your data goes to whoever you have chosen, on their terms, and we have no control over what they do with it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
7. CHANGES TO THIS LIST
We will give customers notice before a new provider starts processing customer data, so that you have the opportunity to raise any concerns with us first. The date at the top of this page is the date it was last updated.
